BOOKING INSTRUCTIONS
When scheduling an appointment, here are a few things to help make your experience easier:
1. When choosing an appointment type and stylist
make sure they are in the same “level” category
2. What does “level” mean?
Each stylist is a different level based on years’
experience.
3. When choosing a time to book, we prefer if the
appointments were made on the half or whole hour
(ex: 1:00 or 1:30)
4. Below is our Terminology Key to help you book for
the correct service you’re looking for:
Terminology Key*
- Tint touch up – Root touch up only, grey coverage.
- All over color– This includes a root touch-up and a refresh through your ends.
- Face frame highlight– A few highlights framing your face
- Custom highlight – Half head highlight
ANYTHING MORE THEN A CUSTOM (HALF HEAD) HIGHLIGHT, YOU MUST CALL THE SALON DIRECTLY SO WE CAN PERSONALLY CUSTOMIZE YOUR APPOINTMENT.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 48-hour notice for any cancellations. Please call us directly or email to cancel. A 50% service fee will be charged to the card on file for any shorter notice.
