Lash Lamination is also commonly known as “lash lift” or “lash perm”. Lash lamination is an eyelash enhancement treatment that gives a semi-permanent result. It’s a chemical treatment that lifts and curls your natural lashes to make them look longer and give them an eye opening shape. This treatment would be a less damaging alternative to eyelash extensions.
The lash lamination is often combined with a lash tint for people whose eyelashes are not totally black. Darkening them up even just a few shades can make them appear thicker.
Make sure your eyes are free of makeup, mascara, and false eyelashes.
Stop product use for 24-48 hours prior to your appointment.
Remove contact lenses prior to treatment.
It’s best to avoid any type of moisture to your lashes for at least 24 hours following your lash treatment. This is because in the immediate hours after the lift, the lashes are returning to a normal PH level.
Water, mascara, etc. can weigh down the lashes and compromise the lift that was set via the chemical change from your treatment.
