Being an active member of one of the most prestigious salons in the nation is truly a privilege . After graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 2004, I ventured to California to find a career that would utilize all of my talents and challenge me in various ways. While I originally thought journalism was the route I wanted to take my career, I soon learned that my true calling was management. It took merely moments of my life to realize that I have found the perfect pathway for my skill sets at L Salon and Color Group, and I haven’t looked back since!
I have learned more than I ever imagined possible, and I have enjoyed every minute of it. I started as a Front Desk Manager, and now a year later, I am taking on the reigns as General Manager. Thankfully, I have had wonderful mentors at the salon, and learning from Joe Aghassi has been a true blessing. I’ve been fortunate to be given the honor of being L Salon’s manager and I intend to make it my mission and goal to make sure that L Salon’s reputation continues to evolve and grow. I am looking forward to continuing Joe’s legacy, and fill his shoes, and at the same time, bring my own fresh twist to the job. If one word could describe me, I would say that it is passionate. I am passionate about my clients, my co-workers, my career and the Salon. I wear many hats as the manager, but the most important role to me is that every client gets the best service and leaves feeling radiant. My passion for excellence will help me achieve that. My goal is to not change the culture at L Salon, but to continue it, and help it move into the future.
