Janice began her trainings with Yosh For Hair in 1987 and continued with Elizabeth Stesntrom when she bought the L Salon & Color Group in 1990, and at that time she was promoted to Assistant Manager, as well as Master Colorist in charge of the color training at L Salon & Color Group.

Janice specializes in a wide spectrum of hair color needs, and with recent media coverage Janice has received increasing attention for her unique perspective on image making including corrective color, and creative hair color design.

Janice has traveled nationally and globally to attend hands on classes and seminars and as a part of Wella International has had the opportunity to visit their studios in Los Angeles, New York, Spain and the U.K. She has also received many certificates in color excellence from Wella, Matrix and Redkin.

As a part of giving back to community, Janice donates hair color gift certificates to many local charity auctions as well as participating in many local fashion and hair shows.
