Product Refund Policy
Did you buy a product that didn’t work out? No problem. Bring it in with your receipt and we’ll process your return for store credit. We’re also more than happy to assist you with an exchange, we can even help you pick out a new product. Must be within 30 days of purchase.
Service Refund Policy
We want our clients to feel beautiful when they step out of our salon. While we can’t refund you for the service, if you’re unhappy with the result, we’re happy to set up a time within two weeks to get the service redone.
Colors for Minor (17 or under)
Whether your kid wants some subtle sun-kissed highlights or all the colors of the rainbow, we need you to sign a waiver and hang out during the consultation.
