- Appointments can be made by phone.
- We also close on the following holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving day, Black Friday, Christmas day and New Year Day.
Cash and cheques are accepted in the salon. We also accept all major debit/credit cards (there will be a $3 convenience fee for all credit cards).
Gratuity can ONLY be accepted in cash or by cheque.
Street / meter parking is available.
Our Policy
Cancellation Policy
While we understand that life happens and cancellations happen, please let us know 48 hours before your appointment if you’re not able to make it in. If you’re not able to do this, we’ll need to charge 50% of your scheduled service(s) to compensate our stylists for their time.
A 50% charge will be applied to all no-shows and cancellations. For your convenience, you can text us at this number to cancel or reschedule – 650-405-1899.
Product Refund Policy
Did you buy a product that didn’t work out? No problem. Bring it in with your receipt and we’ll process your return for store credit. We’re also more than happy to assist you with an exchange, we can even help you pick out a new product. Must be within 30 days of purchase.
Service Refund Policy
We want our clients to feel beautiful when they step out of our salon. While we can’t refund you for the service, if you’re unhappy with the result, we’re happy to set up a time within two weeks to get the service redone.
Colors for Minor (17 or under)
Whether your kid wants some subtle sun-kissed highlights or all the colors of the rainbow, we need you to sign a waiver and hang out during the consultation.
Our Hair Extension Service in San Mateo
As much as we understand needing to cancel something, we can’t offer a refund for hair extensions once we’ve ordered them.
